The least expensive is a one bedroom one bath home; on the market for $107,900.&amp;nbsp; While there is a four-bedroom home on the market, the most expensive is a three bedroom two baths semi-detached home listed for $359,000.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The average price for this set of homes is $240,968.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The average time on market with the current Realtor is over five months (164 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;The only one-bedroom piggy-back home on the market for sale in Leisure World is currently listed for $107,900, and has been on the market with the current Realtor for a little over a month (40 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;There is no one-bedroom homes under contract at the time of this report, nor has one been sold during the period for which this report is been written for.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;At the time of this report there are five two-bedroom one bath homes on the market for sale range in list price from $175,000 to $202,213, with the average being $193,603.&amp;nbsp; Days on market with their current Realtor range from three weeks (21 days) to one year (415 days), with the average being just about five months (156 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;There are no two-bedroom one bath patio homes under any form of contract at this time, nor has one been sold during the period for which this report is being written.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;There are seven two-bedroom two bath semi-detached homes on the market for sale too.&amp;nbsp; The current list prices of these homes range from low of $169,999 to high of $359,000, with the average being $239,428.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The days on market with their current Realtors for these homes range from a low of less than two weeks (13 days) to a high of over a year (386 days), with the average being very close to five months (143 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;There are no two-bedroom two bath patio homes under contract either at this time.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Since September 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; three two-bedroom two bath patio homes have gone to closing.&amp;nbsp; The closing prices of these homes ranged from $199,000 to $320,000, with the average being $246,633.&amp;nbsp; These homes were on the market for sale from approaching two months (58 days) to over four months (126 days), with the average being nearly three months (85 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;There are at this time 14 three-bedroom two bath semi-detached homes on the market for sale in Leisure World. &amp;nbsp;These homes range in price from a low of $175,000 to a high of $329,700, with the average being $266,450.&amp;nbsp; While one has been on the market with their current Realtors for just three weeks (22 days) to longest has been available for nearly 20 months (607 days).&amp;nbsp; The average time on the market for these three-bedroom homes is over six months (183 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;The only patio homes under contract in Leisure World of Maryland at the time of this report are four three-bedroom two full bath homes.&amp;nbsp; The last known list price of these homes ranges from $167,500 to a high of $375,000, with the average being $264,375.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The days on market with the current Realtor ranges from a little just over a week (9 days) to nearly eight months (239 days), with the average being nearly five months (143 days). &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Only three three-bedroom two bath patio homes went to closing since September 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt;.&amp;nbsp; These homes sold for $155,000 and $273,000.&amp;nbsp; They were on the market with their last Realtor from as little as less than one month (26 days) to slightly over five months (155 days) for an average of approaching four months (104 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;There is one four-bedroom two bath semi-detached home on the market in the Leisure World of Maryland community at the time of this report.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; The settled prices of these homes were $43,500 and $45,000. The days on market were from less than a month (25 days) to nearly five months (148 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;A majority of the CO-OP units FOR SALE in Leisure World at this time are the 19 two-bedroom one full bath home, some even come with another half bath..&amp;nbsp; These homes range in size from 1035 sq ft to 1412 sq ft with a fireplace.&amp;nbsp; The list price of these homes currently range from $60,000 to $229,900.&amp;nbsp; The days on market range from as short as two weeks (15 days) to over two years (848 days), with the average being seven months (207 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are currently four two-bedroom one bath CO-OPS under contract.&amp;nbsp; The last known list price of these homes ranged from a low of $95,000 to a high of $129,000, with the average being $110,750.&amp;nbsp; The homes were on the market from a short as a month (29 days) to as long as a year (358 days), with the average being over five months (161 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since August 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; of this year two two-bedroom one full bath CO-Ops have gone to settlement in Leisure World of Maryland. The settled prices of these homes were $105,000 and $130,000. community of Leisure World in Silver Spring, Maryland.&amp;nbsp; The report period is for activity during the month of August 2009.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At the time of this report (9/3/2009), there are a total of 41 homes on the market for rent.&amp;nbsp; The rents of these homes range from $900 for a one-bedroom garden apartment condo to $1,825 per month for a two-bedroom high-rise condo. &amp;nbsp;The average rent for these homes is $1,304.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No significant change in the number of homes on the market of the average list price, since last month.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;While the longest has been on the market for over a year now (398 days), the average time on the market is near three months (84 days).&amp;nbsp; During the month of August, while 10 units were added to the market 14 units were rented or applications to rent were taken.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;One Bedroom&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Ten of the 41 apartments on the market for rent are one-bedroom units ranging in rent from $900 to $1,300, with the average being $1033.&amp;nbsp; Only three of the ten are new to the market since August 1st, the longest on the market for nearly nine months (265 days), the average being just over two and a half months&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;(79 days).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;Two one-bedroom apartments currently have an application to rent being processed at this time.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The days on market for these two homes were just over two weeks (17 days) and just over a month (37 days). &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;The last known listed rents were $1,050 and $1,100 for the apartments.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Three one-bedroom apartments were also rented during the month, ranging in rent from $1,000 to $1,095, with the average being $1.038. &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Days on market for these apartments ranged from less than three weeks (19 days) to near a month and a half (43 days) with the average being near one month (31 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Two Bedrooms&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Clearly a majority of the homes on the market for rent (29 of the 41) are the two bedroom apartments.&amp;nbsp; These range in rent from $950 to $1,825 per month, with the average being $1,342.&amp;nbsp; While ten of the units were brought to the market in August the longest has been on the market for over (398 days), the average again being nearly three months (98 days).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;A total of five two-bedroom apartments have applications to rent are being processed at this time.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The last know rents for these apartments ranged from $1,000 to $1,350 per month, with the average being $1,130.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;These units were on the market from just over two weeks (19 days) to very nearly five months (146 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Nine&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;two-bedroom apartments were rented during the month of August.&amp;nbsp; The rents on these apartments ranged from $1,000 to $1,550, with the average being $1,252.&amp;nbsp; The average number of days these homes were on market was nearly 3 months (88 days).&amp;nbsp; The longest period was a nearly eight months (253 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Three Bedrooms&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Currently there are seven three-bedroom rentals on the market for rent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The listed rents for these homes ranged from $1,350 to $1,750, averaging $1,600 per month.&amp;nbsp; While two of these seven apartments are new to the market this month,&amp;nbsp; the longest has been on the market for near six months (176 days), averaging time on market being about two and a half&amp;nbsp;months (72 days).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Only two three-bedroom apartment was rented during the month of July.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;The owner has this home listed for $379,000.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:normal;"&gt;&lt;font face="Cambria"&gt;The six two-bedroom one bath homes on the market for sale range in list price from $175,000 to $222,500, with the average being $200,233.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; Their rents range from a low&amp;nbsp;of $800 a month for a one-bedroom co-op to $2800 a month for a four-bedroom 3-bath unit with an attached two car garage.&amp;nbsp; Some of these rentals include utilities and all include use of Leisure World Amenities and your condo/co-op/HOA fees.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;While the most recent addition to the list&amp;nbsp;was&amp;nbsp;this week&amp;nbsp;the longest on the market has been there for over a year (387 days), with the average being very close to three months (91 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since October 1st&amp;nbsp;of 2008,&amp;nbsp;39 units have rented in Leisure World of Maryland.&amp;nbsp; These units have rented from $850 for a one-bedroom co-op to $1950 for a 1520 sq ft&amp;nbsp;two-bedroom two-bath seventh floor high-rise apartment with underground parking included.&amp;nbsp; The average days on the market for these apartments was near three months (80 days), with the longest again being near a year (346 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 Bedroom Rentals&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The current inventory of one-bedroom apartments on the market for rent is six homes.&amp;nbsp; Their rents range from $800 to $1,150; with the average being $983.&amp;nbsp; Days on the market range from less than&amp;nbsp;one month (11 days) to near nine months (260 days), with the average being close to four months (115 days).&amp;nbsp; All rents include the Condo/Co-op fees and some include utilities as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 Bedroom Rentals&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There&amp;nbsp;are a total of&amp;nbsp;34 two-bedroom apartments on the market for rent in Leisure World of Maryland at this time.&amp;nbsp; The listed rents range from $1,100 to $1,950 per month, with the average being $1,415.&amp;nbsp; While one has recently been put on the market the longest is&amp;nbsp;has been listed&amp;nbsp;for nine months (273 days), with the average being near three months (85 days).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;3 Bedroom Rentals&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are only seven three-bedroom apartments currently on the market for rent in Leisure World of Maryland.&amp;nbsp; The listed rents for these apartments range from $1,100 to $1,900, with the average being $1514.&amp;nbsp; The days on the market range from a very recent addition to over a year (387 days), with the average being close to three and a half months (103 days).&amp;nbsp;
