All of them have forced hot air heat, electric cooking, and central air conditioning. These units are designed around 803 square feet of living space, including an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, one full bath and a half bath, along with a spacious bedroom. Closets off the Master bedroom include a large walk-in, and a second one containing a stackable washer/dryer. Some of the previous owners have closed in the opening between the living room and dining room to create a second bedroom.
Each home comes with an assigned parking space. The monthly condo fee includes water, sewer, and basic cable. No need to leave the building to get your mail and the Leisure World bus come up to the front door of the building.
