Leisure World of Maryland includes among the many one bedroom one bath CO-OP units a model called the Raleigh. This mid-size home (990 sq ft) comes all on one level, and can be found on either the ground or second floor of garden apartment buildings. One feature of this model is the two distinct exposures for sunlight, one from its patio/balcony and the other in the bedroom at the other end of the home. The large bedroom (16 x12) comes with ample closet space. These homes come with a full size washer and dryer in the bathroom off the hallway.
In all cases, like the other co-ops in Leisure World; your utilities and basic cable are included in your monthly co-op fee.
