These one-bedroom one-bath homes with 867 square feet of living space are only located on the ground floor of selected garden apartment buildings. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a large window to look out of while eating one’s meals. Each apartment has a separate dining room and living room along with a patio which is accessible via the sliding glass door from the living room. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, and the separate laundry room comes with a full size washer and dryer. Heat is electric baseboard with three zones of operation. Cooking too uses electricity which, in most cases, is included in the monthly condo fee.
